Data Centers

SITAC data centre site

Data centres are where two of SITAC’s core businesses meet. Real estate taught us to assemble land, secure permissions and deliver buildings. Renewable energy taught us to secure power. A data centre is land, power and a building brought together, which makes this a natural extension of what we already do, not a pivot.

The binding constraint in data centre development is no longer capital or demand. It is land with power already secured. A permitted site with contracted power can take years to assemble, and it is the point on which every project waits. That assembly is our core business.

In data centres, our role is the developer’s, not the operator’s. We secure and permit the land, contract the power, build the grid connection and deliver the powered shell, ready for the operator’s fit-out. The operator brings the compute. We bring the certainty that the land, the power and the building are in hand from day one.

Land

LAND

We identify, secure and permit sites suited to large-scale digital infrastructure.

Decades of land assembly across the UK, Europe and India, applied to the sites data centers need.

Power

POWER

We contract power and build the grid connection, drawing on our utility-scale renewable platform.

Contracted power, not a promise of it — the difference between a site and a powered site.

Powered shell

POWERED SHELL

We deliver the building, ready for fit-out, so the operator moves straight to deploying compute.

Land, power and shell in hand on day one. The tenant brings the compute; we bring the certainty.
